Our realtor before Damon was a nightmare. He lied about everything he could in order to get us to buy a poorly constructed house for a quick sell. Then he got mad about the poor review we gave and ended up stalking my family for years. We were very hesitant when we met Damon, but quickly realized his professionalism and knowledge. We went through many obstacles with builders and had to back out twice along the way. Damon was not only patient, but a valuable partner when negotiating earnest money and refunds. This was the second time that I have worked with Damon, the first time I was new to the area and scored a great house at a great price, the second I was selling a house and moving into a new one. I was very worried about the transition between selling a house and getting into a new house in a time crunch but Damon and his team made it a seamless process.
